Google sign-in privacy

Google sign-in is optional.

You can still use a YiddishTube channel name and password.

When you use Google sign-in, Google sends YiddishTube a signed identity token.

We check it to identify your account and store Google's unique account identifier linked to your site account.

We do not store your Google name, email address, profile photo or the token.

Your Google name and photo are not used publicly on your channel.

This sign-in does not give YiddishTube access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.

A secure login cookie keeps you signed in.

To request removal of your Google sign-in link or account, use Contact the site owner.

Google sign-in data is not sold or shared for advertising.

Google's own privacy policy applies to its sign-in service.
